Is it just me, or is time flying by faster than ever? We’re
not sure spring will ever come to Michigan! Weird weather all over the U.S.
has been a factor in the slow start of busy season for many salon pros,
like myself. The economy, gas prices, negative press – we’ve had a lot to
contend with. How is it going for you? I’ve been hearing a lot of “not so

We focus on lamps this month – like me, I bet many of you just finished
up a major replacement at your salons. Lamps are so important, and maybe
more complicated than you think. As always, our John Ribner talked with

new to the industry, but in it for the long haul. One of the leaders of
their team is Lewis Henry, a young guy with a lot of energy and passion
