OLDSMAR, FL – Devoted Creations Tanning Products and Hemisphere Travel
(parent company of TravelTan Systems) teamed up with Hooters Restaurants
to co-sponsor the semi-final round of the 11th Annual Hooters International
Swimsuit Pageant. The event was held in May at the Savannah, GA Hooters
location.
A VIP tent was filled to capacity with Hooters executives and invited guests,
plus a crowd of over 5,000 cheering fans as 50 “Hooters Girls” from
all over the U.S. competed for a chance to move on to the contest finals
to be held in Las Vegas. Devoted Creations presented each contestant with
a gift beach bag of luxury tanning products, while Hemisphere Travel provided
the top three finalists with free Hawaiian vacations.
The winners now advance to the national competition to be held at the Aladdin
Hotel/Planet Hollywood Las Vegas on July 18, 2007. The pageant will be
broadcast live on ESPN and viewed in all Hooters Restaurants, worldwide.
Hemisphere & Devoted Creations will sponsor the Las Vegas event, as well.

MagicTan Makes Appearance
at IHRSA Show
SAN FRANCISCO – Clint Eastwood, along with 12,000 fitness professionals – not
to mention VersaSpa by MagicTan’s own Tim McQuay and Rob Hammer – converged
on San Francisco’s Moscone Center for the 26th Annual IHRSA confrence
last March.
Tim McQuay, owner of Cal Tan Supply in San Jose, CA received an outstanding
welcome at the world-renowned trade event held by the IHRSA (International
Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association), a group serving to promote
the health and fitness club industry.
Tanning and fitness go hand-in-hand, so the tanning industry veterans found
exhibiting at the show to be a successful investment. Tim’s VersaSpa
booth was busy all three days providing over 150 demo sessions. “Fitness
professionals are looking for an alternative way to tan, that’s why
the VersaSpa was so popular,” commented McQuay. “The attendees
went nuts over the Anti-Aging Skin-Firming Hydration Treatment Spray!”
Rob Hammer and James Peak, both from equipment maker Ultra Sun, enjoyed
the Basketball Free Throw fundraiser. James was honored as the Overall

Suntan Supply Welcomes New Staff
CLEVELAND, OH – Several new employees have recently joined the Suntan
Supply team in different capacities.
Donald Myers has completed a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering program
and has helped to implement the company’s new online ordering system.
He also worked for Tan Pro USA, a national chain salon with 30 locations.
Interning during the summer months is Brittany Hopkins, an accounting major
at Baldwin Wallace College, who has also worked at Celebrity Tan.
Chanel Matheis has joined the lotion sales team, bringing sales and customer
service skills from a previous sales position at a national furniture chain.
Heather James has taken a position in the service department, using her
excellent customer service skills in scheduling service calls. She was
previously the District Manager of Tan Pro USA.
After working for a CPA for three years, Jennifer Mueller has joined the
sales and trainohio.com staffs. She also has a cosmetology background and
is a devoted indoor tanner. Kevin Roman is now warehouse supervisor, and
brings talent from previous experience controlling a large shipping/receiving
staff.
